What Is The Ohio ACE Program?
The Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE) Educational Savings Account program provides funds for a variety of educational and enrichment activities. Ohio children ages 6 to 18 who meet income requirements or reside in a designated school district can receive up to $1,000 to spend on allowable activities!
ACE Extension Update!
ATTENTION!!!
The deadline for families to spend funds was previously July 1, 2024 and has now been extended to September 1, 2025. Please note, that the ACE program is fully subscribed, and no more accounts may be awarded. The extension applies to families with existing accounts only.

1) Parent Reimbursement:
You can pay for your child's camp pass and submit your receipt/claim for reimbursement to the Ohio Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE) Educational Savings Account program/Merit!
Next Steps:
Click the Register Tab on our website.
Register, Select your Camp Pass, & Checkout.
Submit your Receipt to Ohio ACE.
2) Pay Service Provider Directly:
After you register on our website, we will email an invoice that must be submitted to Ohio ACE/Merit for your claim & disbursement.

Complete your camp registration.
Submit your invoice & claim to Ohio ACE.
Select to Pay Service Provider Directly.
Please Note: If there is a balance remaining above the amount awarded from the Ohio ACE program, you will be responsible for the full payment of that amount or the first installment before the start of camp or your camp week.
